Wilbur R. Vandall was born about 1915 and died June 24, 1991 at a Beckley
hospital. He was a retired coal miner with New River Coal Co. with 42 1/2
years service. He was a 48 year member of Kilsyth Freewill Baptist Church,
Kilsyth, where he was a trustee, chairman of building committee and was a
former Sunday school superintendent. He was former secretary and treasurer
for UMW Local 1356, and was serving as president of Kilsyth Burial Fund.
