Glenna Vandall Bailes was a homemaker and owned and operated Hilltop Personal Care for nine years.
She was a member of the Carlisle Church of God.
She was very much involved in the Vandall Ancestors and had collected much information about so many of the Vandall relatives.
Glenna had operated nursing homes in and near Oak Hill, West Virginia in earlier years. She loved historical things and continued to demonstrate ways "things was done in years past". For several years she always made apple butter in the open brass kettle. With the community seeing that done, the local newspaper would write about it and print pictures of it being done.
