Jessie Pearl Vandall was born January 27, 1901 to John David and Edna F.
Hendrick Vandall. She married Otto A. Sifers and, following his death,
married Loma Gwinn. Mrs. Gwinn worked as a sales clerk in Washington, D.C.
for 15 years and after retiring moved to Rainelle to heke her home. She was
member of Calvary Baptist Church in Meadow Bridge and was a homemaker. She
passed away on Thursday, December 28, 1995 in a Rainelle nursing home.

Jessie Pearl VANDALL and Otto Andrew SIFERS Sr. were married. Jessie Pearl VANDALL and Otto Andrew SIFERS Sr. had the following children:
